Developing wetness indicator for underwear

We are looking for a solution which would indicate if a urinary incontinency underwear is full or needs changing. The solution should indicate when the underwear needs to be replaced (before leaking) allowing time for the consumer to take action. Currently, colour-changing wetness indicators are available in diapers. However, as the indicator is directly in touch with the absorbency layer the colour change is easily achieved and visible at the bottom of the diaper. For an underwear used by adults, the indicator visible at the bottom of the underwear is not user-friendly. The UI underwear is reusable and therefore the indicator should comply in the same manner. However, disposable indicators which can be replaced after each use is also an option. Although visual indicators are preferred, indication need not be limited to visual means only.

Therefore, you agree that we may share the information that you submit with all companies at MAS Holdings. Twinery is not liable for the consequences of the subsequent disclosure of the information you share with us.

    Decision not to pursue
    Although we aim to respond to every submission, Twinery has no obligation to respond to your submission or to provide you with detailed feedback on if and why we are not taking your solution forward.

    Warranties
    By your submission, you warrant that you have the legal right to disclose the information contained in your submission. You warrant that this submission does not breach any contract or obligation between you and a third party and the possession or use of the information by us does not infringe in any third party's intellectual property rights, and does not breach any contract or obligation between you and a third party. You agree that you shall indemnify us against any resulting losses if this is not the case.

    Independent Development
    You understand that various companies within MAS Holdings may already be independently working on the solution covered by your submission. You agree that submission shall not be creating any restriction on such independent development.

    General
    You agree that no contractual obligation or working relationship is being created between yourself and Twinery by your submission of information. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. These terms and conditions shall be covered by Sri Lankan laws and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

    Further discussion
    If Twinery is interested in further discussion about your submission and we decide that we require further information of a confidential nature, you would be required to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement in the format provided below.
